"Greatest Hits" was released in 1983 as GBC 07. "GBC" stands for Gezonde Boerse Copulaties (Healthy Boorish Copulations), was a label by Erik Vloeberghs, successor of his previous label "ZZ".

"Greatest Hits" contains the best from earlier tapes "Live" and "De Witte Villa" on the previous lable ZZ ZZZ as well as some unreleased older and new tracks. "Very diverse and humerous. Pieces à la Come Org. (Rabies) to disco-stampers (Angst Disco Show). A must for anybody who hates Henk Van der Meyden.
Take special notice of the track "Rabies (Hydrophobia)", it starts off with a Frankenstein-type Iron Man figure climbing up the stairs (to Vloeberghs' room?). Upon entering the room a harsh noise track takes over and mangles the Iron Man with lots of distortion. This is one of the best noise tracks ever produced, an aural picture of pure motiveless violence turning into triumph over its own destruction. The track abruptly ends when Vloeberghs' dad enters the room. This is the conversation that follows: "Are you making everything crazy here or what is this? Is it that loud? I'll stop then. Is it loud? Stop with that. I don't hear it when it's loud. You don't hear it? You should go see a doctor then, it's urgent. Go to Vietnam or go wherever you want, what is this?. Well."

Heel hartelijk gefeliciteerd met de geboorte van de kleine Erik. Wat moeten jullie toch gelukkig zijn met dat "stukste hemel" erbij. Om dat kleine letsel gaan jullie toch niet ongerust zijn, zeker? Zoiets komt toch gauw in orde, dat hebben jullie bij Marcske al ondervonden. Is de kleine Erik nu al thuis? En, nog steeds zo'n braaf ventje? Is Marcske ook blij, of beseft hij nog niet wat een broertje betekent? Wij hopen dat Erik ook zo'n flink ventje mag worden als Marc en dat hij z'n ouders heel, heel veel geluk mag schenken. Het beloofde bezoek zal, nu natuurlijk met vertraging, toch doorgaan. Mogen we jullie vragen iets te laten weten van de tijd waarop ons bezoek best zou passen?
